Delverium Wiki Terms of Service
Terms for using Delverium Wiki: acceptable use, content accuracy disclaimers, intellectual property notes, and limitation of liability for the fan site.
Last updated:
These Terms of Service govern your use of Delverium Wiki (https://www.delverium.lol). By using the site you agree to them.
What this site is
Delverium Wiki is an unofficial, fan-made reference for the game Delverium by Sagestone Games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sagestone Games or Valve. All game names, artwork references, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Content accuracy
Game guides reflect research from official announcements, the live demo, and community sources at the time of writing. Games change — especially Early Access titles:
- Facts are dated and sourced where possible.
- Items we could not verify are explicitly labeled unconfirmed.
- Content is updated as the game updates; old versions may remain in caches.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on site content — including in-game losses of time, resources, or progress.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial parts of the site without attribution and a link.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its analytics.
- Do not misrepresent this site as an official Sagestone Games property.
Intellectual property
Site design, original text, and original graphics are © Delverium Wiki. Quoting short excerpts with a visible link back is welcome — streamers, guide writers, and wiki authors included.
Third-party links
We link to Steam, YouTube, Discord, X, and community sites for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
User conduct expectations
The site currently offers no comment or account systems, so conduct rules are mostly about external reuse: do not present site content as your own, do not use automated tools to bulk-copy pages, and do not embed the site in ways that obscure attribution (framing, proxying, or stripping links).
External game content disclaimer
Guides reference in-game systems (crafting, co-op, bosses) that change with updates. During Early Access especially, mechanics may shift between patches; pages carry update dates and version notes where relevant. Nothing on this site is guaranteed to match the current live build at the moment you read it.
Analytics
Traffic measurement via Google Analytics is described in our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the site with analytics cookies allowed constitutes consent to that processing; blocking cookies does not restrict access to content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its contributors are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including in-game consequences of following guides, data loss in the game, or downtime of the site itself.
Governing note
This is a hobby fan project operated internationally; no specific jurisdiction's consumer legislation is assumed to override mandatory local rights you hold. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your residence.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated as the site evolves; material changes update the date below. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
